What to bring for an express document shipment
Receiver name exactly as it should appear, street address (watch P.O. box restrictions), city, postal/ZIP/PIN, and a phone that gets answered.
Sender ID and a Lower Mainland callback number. If customs or the linehaul queries the packet, we need to reach you.
India: receiver KYC still applies on many products even for documents. Bring Aadhaar or passport details for the person taking delivery.
No USB sticks, power banks, or “a small gift” tucked in the envelope. That turns a document rate into a merchandise problem.
