Commercial vs personal — we will ask
Sold or intended for sale, even at “sample” price, is commercial. Marking $1.00 on a $200 garment to dodge duty is how you get an exam and a delay.
Receiver must accept courier deliveries — many US and EU businesses reject residential-style labels or P.O. boxes on express products.
Pickup from Richmond, Delta, Langley, and Abbotsford warehouses is routine. Tell us loading-dock hours; our van is not a 24-hour dock appointment.
Repeat shippers: keep a simple invoice template. The second booking is faster when the first invoice was already clean.

Can I ship commercial samples as “gifts” to avoid duty?
No. If the goods are commercial, the invoice has to say so. Under-declaring to avoid duty is how the carton gets held. We will not write a fake gift description.
How fast can a sample leave Surrey?
Express is typically 4–7 working days after handover, subject to cutoff and destination customs. Same-day international labels still have to make the carrier’s uplift — ask us the cutoff for that afternoon.
Do you handle HS codes?
You own the classification. We help you put a description on the invoice that matches the physical goods, and we stop obviously unusable lines like “samples n.o.s.” with no further detail.
Can you pick up from a warehouse in Delta or Richmond?
Yes. Pickup covers the Lower Mainland. Share dock hours and carton count. Drop-off at 12950 80 Ave, Unit 4 is available if you would rather bring the shipment to Newton.
Which destinations do you book samples to?
USA, India, UK, EU, and other lanes DHL and FedEx serve from Canada. Restricted countries and sanctioned goods are a no. Ask with the destination and product, not a generic “worldwide.”
